Can you provide some more information such as what product you are using to view the IQFeed data. Also, if you would please Private message me your login ID and we will look into it futher to see if there is an issue with your account.

We did identify an issue that would have caused some 3rd party software a problem when trying to connect with IQFeed. This problem has been resolved and you should now be able to connect without problem.
